What we collect, why, and what you can demand.
We collect the minimum needed to answer your request. Nothing is sold, nothing is rented, and nothing is used for anything other than what is written here.

Who is responsible for your information
Convexys operates convexys.com and is responsible for the personal information collected through it.

What we collect
We collect only what you send us yourself, plus technical traffic data.
- Contact form: your name, your company, your email, your phone if you provide it, and the content of your message.
- Free guide: your email, and the name and company you enter, so we can send you the guide.
- Call booking: the contact details and time slot needed to hold the call.
- Site traffic: pages viewed, referrer, device type, and approximate location, only if you accepted analytics cookies.
We collect no sensitive information through this site. Do not send us confidential company data in a form. Those exchanges happen inside a mandate, under agreement.
- 03
Why we collect it
Each piece of information serves a specific purpose:
- Answering your request, and preparing and holding the discovery call.
- Sending you the free guide you asked for.
- Following up about the mandate under discussion, until you ask us to stop.
- Understanding which pages are useful and improving the site, from aggregate statistics.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it with anyone.
- 04
Your consent
You consent to the collection described here by filling in a form or booking a call. Consent to analytics cookies is separate, requested by the banner on your first visit, and treated as declined until you choose.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without justification, by writing to info@convexys.com.
- 05
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies.
Google Analytics 4 loads only after your explicit acceptance. If you decline, or as long as you have not answered the banner, the script is never loaded and no traffic data is sent.
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage so the banner does not return on every page. You can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
- 06
Who else has access
We use a small number of providers, solely to run the site and process your requests:
- Site hosting and page delivery.
- The service that routes form submissions to our inbox.
- The call booking tool, when you choose to reserve a time slot.
- Google Analytics, only if you accepted analytics.
Some of these providers process or host data outside Quebec, including in the United States. We limit ourselves to providers offering adequate protection, and we send them nothing beyond what the service requires.
- 07
How long we keep it
Contact requests and commercial exchanges are kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted.
Emails collected for the guide are kept until you withdraw, or three years without interaction.
Traffic statistics are kept in aggregate form for the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Information you entrust to us inside a mandate is governed by that mandate's service agreement, not by this policy.
- 08
Your rights
Law 25 gives you rights that we honour free of charge, within 30 days:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Have it corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous.
- Withdraw your consent and request deletion, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
- Receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
- File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if our answer does not satisfy you.
Write to info@convexys.com to exercise any of these rights.
- 09
How we protect it
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Access to form submissions is limited to the people who must answer them, on accounts protected by two-factor authentication.
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and we record the incident in the register required by Law 25.
- 10
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy to reflect a change in our tools or our obligations. The update date at the top of the page always indicates the version in force.
